Munster Rugby have announced they will take on English Premiership side Harlequins in an exhibition match in the new year.
The URC-Premiership clash will take place at The Stoop on Friday, February 23 (7.45pm).
The visit to the London side will represent the first time a Munster outfit has run out at The Stoop since the 18-12 win in the 2012/13 Champions Cup quarter-final.
Former Munster hooker and coach Jerry Flannery is currently in charge of the defence at 2020/21 Premiership champions Harlequins, where he works alongside attack coach Nick Evans and scrum coach Adam Jones. Tabai Matson was appointed to the head coach role prior to the 2021/22 season.
The game will be played during an off week in the URC and takes place between Munster's trip to Scarlets on February 16 and the province's home game against Zebre at Musgrave Park on Friday, March 1.
Tickets will be available on the Harlequins website on Thursday, December 7.
