IN CHARGE: Robbie O'Dwyer

Robbie O'Dwyer, the son of legendary Kerry maestro Mick, is poised to take charge of Nemo Rangers' senior footballers in 2024.

O'Dwyer is set to be ratified in the next fortnight by the Cork city club to replace Paul O'Donovan, who stepped down recently after six years at the helm, winning Cork SFC titles in three of those seasons - in 2019, 2020 and 2022.

O'Dwyer, who will manage and coach, had a stint in charge of Clonmel Commercials last year but has already built up a successful portfolio of work with Nemo's underage section and was coach to the senior squad in 2018 when they reached the All-Ireland Club SFC final at Croke Park against Corofin.

Though Waterville through and through, O’Dwyer has been associated with Nemo for over 20 years and his son Shane is part of the Nemo senior set-up.
