By the time I speak to Bonnie Ryan, she's already walked her dog, done a personal training session, meditated and made a smoothie.
And all before 8.30am.
The 31-year-old Dubliner says she's always been an early riser. "I love to get up early and take time for myself before the day gets too busy," she says.
To add to her busy schedule, the make-up artist and influencer has just announced a new beauty collaboration with SOSU Cosmetics, the brand founded by Suzanne Jackson.
"I wanted to develop a line of products that make you feel like you are the main character," the daughter of the late Gerry Ryan explains. "Someone who lives life on the move and looks flawless while doing it. This is a collection you can reach for day and night, time and time again."
Bonnie, who got married last year, is now splitting her time between Ireland and the US, which she describes as "great fun."
I love to workout, whether it’s weights, yoga or dance. Whatever it is, I just love to get moving. I also try to eat well about 80% of the time, but, of course, I also try to leave room for a little treat or two.
Absolutely. It’s one of the most important things to me. Starting the morning well is key to setting myself up for the day.
I enjoy cooking dinner with my husband every evening. We put on the music and really enjoy this time together.
I really try to squeeze as much fruit and veggies into every meal as I possibly can.
I don't believe in guilty pleasures. Just pleasures!
Sometimes I find it a little difficult to switch my mind off about work when I'm falling asleep at night.
I find watching certain TV series or listening to a good podcast is a great way to unwind
I’m going to give you the most random answer ever, and it is one that only a true
freak will understand — Splash Mountain water. If you know, you know.
I used to never ever cry, but now I’m a lot more open to expressing my emotions as I get older. In fact, I cried last week
I think it's really important to always get a second opinion. I always trust my gut if something doesn’t feel right.
I can't stand selfishness in others.
I'd have to say it's probably wanting everything to always be perfect. I also find it hard to give control away sometimes.
Yes.
My husband cheers me up. He always knows what to do, if I'm having a bad day. Or a cuddle with my nephew
My absolutely dream dinner party guests would be my Dad, of course. I'd invite Walt Disney, Kris Jenner, and Britney Spears.
I think it has impacted everyone’s life. But I also believe that small changes can make a big difference
'If you can dream it, you can do it.' It's a quote from Walt Disney and it is so inspiring.
There are so many gorgeous places, but if I had to choose the most special, I'd say Disney World and Dromoland Castle. I have made so many happy memories with my family in both of these places when we were growing up.
