Kilmallock Flower and Garden Club is holding its Christmas demonstration night on Tuesday, November 28, at 8pm at the Kilmallock Pastoral Centre, with Geraldine McCarthy and Siobhan McInerney demonstrators. Door prizes, raffle, and refreshments served. Admission €10.

Ladysbridge & District Flower & Garden Club will host a gala demonstration by Margaret Ahern, AOIFA, titled “Seasonal Delights”, in the Garryvoe Hotel on Monday, November 20, at 8pm. Non-members €10.

Mallow Flower & Garden Club hosts its gala Christmas demonstration on Tuesday, November 21, at the GAA complex, Carrigoon, Mallow, at 8pm. This charity event, in aid of Alzheimer’s Day Care Centre, Mallow, will be presented by two AOIFA demonstrators, Geraldine McCarthy and Siobhan McInerney. Admission is €15.

The Ardfield/Rathbarry Gardening Club Christmas demonstration is on Thursday, November 23, at 8pm in the parish hall. Geraldine Crowley will give a Christmas floral demonstration. There will be a raffle, festive food, tea/coffee. Admission is €10.

Cork Alpine Hardy Plant Society hosts a film screening, Wildside: Story of a Garden, on Thursday, November 23, at 8pm at Northridge House St Luke’s, Castle Rd, Mahon, Cork. Visitors €10. “Monster” charity raffle.

The Owenabue Garden & Flower Club, Carrigaline, will host “Tis the Season” — its gala Christmas floral demonstration by Sandra Jackson, AOIFA. It takes place on Monday, November 27, at 8pm in St Mary’s NS, Waterpark, Carrigaline. All welcome. The €10 entrance fee will be donated to the AOIFA charity of the year.

The Friends of Marymount will host the Christmas floral extravaganza and Christmas fair with Malcolm Kitt. It takes place in the Rochestown Park Hotel on Tuesday, December 5. Kinsale Garden & Flower Club will hold its 40th-anniversary dinner and gala demonstration on December 7, in Actons Hotel, Kinsale, with Malcolm Kitt and Eileen O’Brien, AOIFA.
