The Cork Flower Club is holding their Christmas Gala Demonstration on Tuesday, November 14, in Rochestown Park Hotel at 8pm. Doors open at 7pm. Christine Hughes AOIFA will be giving a demonstration titled “Fairy Lights on Winter Nights”. Charities supported are children’s charity Barnardos and autism charity As I Am. Refreshments served. Tickets cost €20 and are available on the door or from Sue O’Neill 087 6283737 or Ann Hester 087 6169540.

Clonakilty Flower Club will hold its November Demonstration Night on Monday, November 13 at 8pm, at the GAA Complex, Ahamilla, Clonakilty, with Jane O'Dwyer, AOIFA demonstrator. All are welcome.

Conna & District Flower & Garden Club will host their eagerly awaited Christmas Gala Demonstration titled Christmas Cheer on Wednesday, November 15 by Sheila Gilbert AOIFA in Conna Hall at 8pm. Admission €10 and light refreshments will be served. This promises to be a very entertaining evening as we look forward to all things festive.

Ballincollig Flower & Garden club will host a floral demonstration "Our clubs Golden Christmas" by three of its club members, Margaret Ahern AOIFA, Ger Crowley AOIFA and Melanie Harris AOIFA on Thursday, November 16 starting at 8pm in Gaelscoil Uí Ríordáin, Ballincollig (P31 V242). Refreshments include tea/coffee and mince pie. Visitors €10. All Welcome.

Glengarra Flower & Garden Club will host its Christmas Flower Demonstration titled 'Christmas is coming' by Sandra Jackson on Thursday, November 16 at 7.30pm in Burncourt Community Centre, Co Tipperary E21X674. Admission for members is €5, non-members €10. All are welcome.

Ladysbridge & District Flower & Garden Club will host a gala demonstration by Margaret Ahern, AOIFE titled 'Seasonal Delights' in the Garryvoe Hotel on Monday, November 20 at 8pm. All are welcome. Non-members €10.

Mallow Flower & Garden Club are holding their Gala Christmas Demonstration on Tuesday, November 21 at the GAA Complex Carrigoon, Mallow at 8pm. This charity event in aid of Alzheimer's Day Care Centre Mallow will be presented by two AOIFA demonstrators Geraldine McCarthy and Siobhan McInerney. Admission is €15 and tickets are available at the door or from club members.

The Cork Alpine Hardy Plant Society hosts a film screening called Wildside - Story of a Garden on Thursday, November 23 at 8pm. See the beautiful and moving film about Keith and Ros Wiley's extraordinary and innovative garden in Devon, Wildside. Venue: Northridge House, St. Luke's Castle Rd, Mahon T12H970 Cork. All welcome, visitors €10. Monster raffle on the night proceeds for charity.
