This is the third acquisition by Ekco in 18 months that specialises in servicing the IT needs of organisations with up to 250 employees.

Last year, it completed the acquisitions of Unity, IT Force, and Ortus. This is a market with growing demands in the IT service space, with up to 67% of Irish SMBs expected to increase their IT budgets in 2024.

The Radius acquisition brings the total number of staff at Ekco to more than 650, of whom over 400 are based in Ireland. Ekco has made a series of recent acquisitions in Ireland in the cybersecurity space to complement its cloud strategy, acquiring Ward Solutions in 2021 and Kontex and Caveo Systems in 2022.
