Watch: Blessing of family pets

Fr John Denvir performs a blessing of family pets and other animals on the eve of the feast of St Francis of Assisi at St Joseph's, African Missions, Blackrock Road on Tuesday 3rd October 2023. The feast on 4th October commemorates the life of St Francis, who was born in the 12th century and is the Catholic Church’s patron saint of animals and the environment.
